The fully licensed bar is within the arena so you never miss any of the action. You will receive notice from our comperes as to when each fighter is about to make their ring walk, but a good cheat is to keep an eye on the ring girls – they are a good indication of action about to kick off.

We will be looking to raise as much as possible for charity so get involved with the charity sumo to have your own chance in the cage. Here you can entertain the crowd with your own ‘fight’ without the risk of getting punched, all the while raising money for a great cause.

Rumble on the Rock is fully produced for television and streaming, so make sure to make as much noise as possible and even try to catch the attention of the commentators or MC who may throw you a shout out!
